12 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. boiling water
8 eggs, divided
1 tbsp. almond extract

Place chips and water in blended and blend. Add egg yolks and almond extract and blend. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites. Freeze. Serve with dab of whipped cream on top.
