CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. mayonnaise
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 9x12 inch pan. Doesn't need frosting, but you may frost, if desired.
