FRUIT COCKTAIL AMBROSIA 
1 can (30 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
