REALLY WELSH RAREBIT 
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. flour
4 slices bread
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. milk, beer or white wine
Few grains pepper

In saucepan, combine cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, flour and pepper. Mix well with chosen liquid. Stir gently over low heat until melted, cool while toasting the bread. Spread mixture on the bread and brown under the broiler. Serves 2.
