PUMPKIN BAR 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and butter together. Sift the dry ingredients and add to the batter. Pour batter into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In bowl combine ingredients until smooth - frost bars.
