PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
frosting

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and vanilla, oil and melted butter. Beat until combined. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Continue to beat until well combined. Spread batter in an ungreased 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into bars.
