PUMPKIN BARS/FROSTING 
Frosting:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted powdered sugar

1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cake: Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan (or a 13 x 9 x 2 pan).

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (follows). Cut in bars.
