1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix egg white. Add pecans until pecans are coated and sticky.

Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats pecans. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Yield: 2 cups snack.
