APPLE CRISP 
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice about 3 pounds of apples and place in a casserole dish. Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples in the casserole dish. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons water over apples.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. instant brown sugar & cinnamon rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
