CHINESE CHICKEN | |
1 fryer, cooked, cooled, deboned 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. chopped celery 1 sm. chopped onion 1 can mushroom soup 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can Chinese noodles Saute celery and onion in butter. Stir in soup, soy sauce and chestnuts. Add chicken. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with Chinese noodles and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350. |
