CHINESE CHICKEN 
16 oz. rice and herb mix (2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
16 oz. can Chinese vegetables
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Onions, sliced; optional

Mix all ingredients together Put into casserole dish. Put raw chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles. Serves 6-8.
