3 bananas
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Mash bananas, brown sugar and honey until smooth. Fold banana mixture into whipped cream. Makes 3 cups. Serve on all kinds of fresh fruits, also on plain cake, gingerbread, etc.
