OVEN SWISS STEAK 
1 lb. top round steak (boneless)
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomatoes
1/4 c. carrots
Cheese, grated

Cut meat into 3 or 4 portions. Mix 1 tablespoon flour and salt. Coat meat with flour and brown in small amount of oil. Blend remaining flour with drippings and add all other ingredients except cheese.

Place meat in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven uncovered until cheese melts.

Can use any cheese, our favorite is mozzarella.
