OVEN BARBECUED STEAKS 
3 lbs. beef round steaks, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. instant chopped onion
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into 10 serving pieces. In large skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat. Remove meat to Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, simmer 5 minutes. Pour catsup mixture over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
