CHEESE CAKE 
16 oz. roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
21 oz. can fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray springform cake pan with Pam. Slice well- chilled cookie dough into 12 slices. Place slices in bottom of pan - mash together to form crust.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cream cheese (softened), butter (soft), vanilla and eggs. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour over cookie crust. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool completely. Serve topped with fruit topping.
