CATTLEMAN'S HASH 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. reg. rice (measure before cooking)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Prepare rice according to package. Brown meat and onions. Add chili powder and tomato sauce, simmer for a few minutes then add cooked rice; mix well. Pour into baking dish, top with soup then grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
