PARTY POTATOES | |
8 potatoes (medium) or, large package of frozen hash browns 1/4 c. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 1 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese 1/3 c. chopped fresh green onions Salt and pepper Bake potatoes and remove jackets and shred in grater. (or, partially thaw the frozen hash browns.) Heat butter, add soup and sour cream. Mix this with the potatoes and add chopped onions and salt and pepper. Pour in greased baking dish and put shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can prepare this the night before and it goes real well with ham or steak. |
