LEMON SNOW BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Stir together flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until mixture clings together. (I mix it with my hands.) Pat into 8 x 8 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Stir together flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sift powdered sugar over top.
