CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
7/8 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa. Stir over heat; do not melt sugar. Add butter and blend. Add milk. Stir constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve hot over ice cream.
