CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 lb. chicken breasts
3 boxes broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder, if desired
1/2 - 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Plain or Italian bread crumbs

Cook chicken and remove skin and bones. Cook broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry powder. Layer with chicken, broccoli and soup mixture and cheese. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

This can easily be cut down to about half of all the ingredients. Try variations using cream of celery or mushroom or broccoli and different cheeses, Swiss or Provolone. Saltines can be crushed to put on top. Serves 8-10.
