POTATO SOUP 
2 c. chopped, cooked potatoes
2 c. water
4 c. sweet, rich milk
2 level tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of black pepper
1/4 c. diced onions

Peel and cook potatoes and onions in small amount of water until done. Add milk. Make a smooth paste of flour, salt, pepper and butter. Boil up once and serve steaming hot with dot of butter in each bowl.
