CHEESY POTATOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Augratin potatoes
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms stems and pieces drained
1/2 onion
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Can add more cheese like Velveeta or cheddar. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir beef over medium heat until brown, drain. Mix beef and remaining ingredients, except cheese in ungreased casserole and break up tomatoes. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve. 6 to 8 servings.
