6 lg. unpeeled potatoes, washed & cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 pkg. taco seasoning 3 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs Coat potatoes in butter. Combine taco seasoning and bread crumbs in plastic bag. Place potatoes in bag and shake until coated with mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender. |
