BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrot
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
5 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. milk
6 c. water
4 c. cooked fine noodles
Velveeta cheese (1 1/2 inch piece cut off square)
May use Campbell chicken broth or homemade broth

Brown onions and carrots in oil. Add chicken broth or cubes and water. Bring to a boil. Add cooked broccoli and cooked noodles. Boil 3 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add garlic salt.
