MOZZARELLA BREAD 
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) block Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
Garlic salt to taste
French bread

Mix well all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Warm to room temperature. Spread on serving sized pieces of French bread and place in oven until hot and melted. Very good. Serve with any pasta dish.
