GINGERSNAP COOKIES | |
3/4 c. soft butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1/4 c. molasses 2 c. flourtbsp. ginger 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and molasses; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Chill. Shape into 1" balls and roll in 1/4 cup sugar to coat. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes. |
