CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (freezer)
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper

Top with bread crumbs. Pour 1/8 cup melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
