1 egg
1 slice bread, torn in bite-size pieces
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
8 oz. ground beef
3 frankfurters
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 hot dog rolls, warmed
Canned pizza sauce, warmed
Grated Parmesan cheese
Shredded Mozzarella

In a medium bowl, beat together egg and bread. Stir in chili powder, salt, oregano and cumin. Add beef; mix thoroughly. Divide into 3 portions. Wrap each portion in waxed paper; chill. Shape each chilled portion around a frankfurter, covering completely.
