PIZZA HOT DISH 
2-3 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
15 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
10 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Sprinkle with salts. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms (optional), water, pepper and oregano. Simmer. Cook noodles and drain. Add grated cheddar cheese to noodles and mix. Arrange noodles alternately with sauce in a buttered 9"x13" pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Start with sauce first and end with sauce and then Mozzarella cheese.
