CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH RICE 
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 c. diced celery, sauteed in butter
2 c. cooked rice (2/3 c. raw)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine chicken, celery, rice, soup, mayonnaise and onion; mix gently. Place in low flat 2 quart casserole.

Combine corn flkaes, almonds and melted butter. Toss to coat cornflakes and almonds with butter. Place on top of chicken mixture and bake preheated 350 degree oven until top is brown (approximately 40 minutes).
