CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, stewed, boned and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. grated onion
2 boiled eggs, diced

Mix and put in casserole dish and top with 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs in 1 stick melted butter. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
