NOODLES & CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage, med. to lg.
1 lg. onion
3/4 bag egg noodles
Lots of fresh ground pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. butter

Cut cabbage into strips and saute in about 3 to 4 tablespoons of butter. After the cabbage is cooked down, add your onion and continue to saute until onion is fully cooked. While this is cooking boil water and cook your noodles. Drain noodles and pour them over cabbage and onion; mix together well. Add lots of fresh ground pepper to taste.
