ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. oil
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
2 lg. cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1/4 c. parsley, dried
1 lb. hamburger
Water

Fry onions and oil until brown in large stew kettle. If desired mix diced garlic. Add hamburger; when this is brown add spices then pour in tomato sauce and paste. Mix in water until all is mixed well, maybe 2 quarts. Taste then add salt and pepper to taste. This was brought over from Italy and used in a large restaurant.
