PATTY PASTRY PEAS 
4 slices bacon
1 med. sized onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 #2 can peas
1 c. thin cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
Salt & pepper

Partially fry bacon. Add onions and cook until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, then the drained peas and cream. Cook until smooth and slightly thick.

Melt butter, add mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes. Add to peas. Heat thoroughly.
