OVEN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices white bread, crumbled
5 oz. can evaporated milk
1 egg
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can cream of onion soup

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk and egg in bowl, mix well. Mound into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour mixture of soups over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potato or rice. Yield 6-8 servings.
