3 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
20 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Add other ingredients. Grease pie pan. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream. Chill at least 3 hours.
