SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
Sweet potatoes
Butter
Crushed pineapple, drained
Maraschino cherries, drained, cut in 1/2
Chopped pecans
Marshmallows, cut in 1/4 or 1/2
Sugar

Make as large or as small a dish as you wish. Butter casserole dish, set aside. Boil sweet potatoes, cream while hot with plenty of butter. Cream until fluffy. Sweeten to taste.

Then put layer of sweet potatoes in casserole dish. Add layer of crushed pineapple, then maraschino cherries, chopped pecans then marshmallows. Add another layer of potatoes, then repeat with other ingredients.

Top with cornflakes, butter and sugar mixed, if desired, garnish with cherries, pecans and marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
