SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. size potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
24 miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Peel and boil potatoes until tender, drain and add next four ingredients. Pour into 2 quart baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. Angle Flake Coconut
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of nutmeg

Mix or crumble all together and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake about 10 minutes at 450 degrees or slightly browned.
