NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. frozen non-dairy whip topping, thawed
8 inch graham cracker crust

Melt chocolate chips in microwave until melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Set aside to cool. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth. On low speed, blend in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon into crust. Cover and chill. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
