NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 c. frozen non dairy whipped topping, thawed
8 inch graham cracker crumb crust

In small microwave proof bowl, melt chocolate chips on full power 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred; set aside to cool. In large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, butter until smooth. On slow speed, blend in melted chocolate chips. Fold in whipped topping until blended; spoon onto crust. Cover, chill until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
