NO-BAKE PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE | |
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin 1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese spread 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 chocolate pudding cups whipped cream 2 cups chocolate chips, divided 2 graham cracker pie crusts (prepared) In a large bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, pumpkin, cinnamon, cream cheese spread, sugar and vanilla. Mix with a large spoon or with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Add puddings, whipped cream and 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined. Pour filling into graham cracker pie crusts. Top with more whipped cream and remaining chocolate chips. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Makes 2 pies - Serves 8. Submitted by: Mary A |
