1 lb. lean ground beef
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 onion, sliced
4 med. potatoes, sliced thin

Pat out patties in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Place in oven and broil 10 minutes on each side or place in skillet until red disappears. Drain and place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix gravy by package directions and pour over patties on meat. Place onion and potato slices over meat. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
