CHICKEN JUBILEE 
2 chickens
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion
3/4 c. chili sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. red wine and water
1 can dark pitted cherries

Brown chicken in butter in a deep pot that can be put in oven, add sliced onion. Mix chili sauce and wine. Pour over chicken. Bake at 345 degrees for 45 minutes. Add raisins and dark pitted cherries. Bake for another 25 minutes. Good with rice. Cooking time 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 4.
