1 lb. round steak (diced)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 med. can tomatoes
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. bell pepper
Salt and pepper

Brown meat and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until done. Serve over rice.
