BROCCOLI WITH SOUR CREAM
DRESSING
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Cook broccoli until just tender. Do not overcook. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan and simmer until butter is melted and sauce is heated thoroughly. About 5 minutes. Place drained broccoli in serving dish and top with sauce and serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
