CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. or more diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 sm. can LeSueur English peas, drained
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 oz. jar pimentos, drained
1/2 c. almonds (1 2 oz. pkg.)

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese
1 can French fried onions

Mix all ingredients together. Top with topping. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
