3 OR MORE DOUBLE PIE CRUSTS 
5 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 heaping tsp. salt
1 lb. (2 c.) lard
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
Water

Mix flour, sugar, salt and lard with pastry blender. Put egg and vinegar in 8 ounce cup and fill with water (to top). Add to flour mixture. NOTE: Left over unbaked pie crust freezes well, divide into individual portions, wrap well and freeze.
