4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar, a little at a time. Add vinegar. Beat in the other 1/2 cup sugar. Spread in well-greased large pie plate. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Cool.

Mix pudding according to directions. Pour over crust. Top with whipped cream that has been beaten with powdered sugar. Cool.
