BRISKET 
2 pkgs. onion soup mix
3 lbs. brisket
1/2 c. honey
1 c. ketchup
1 c. hot water
Dash of dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco

Combine ingredients for sauce, pour over brisket. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 5 hours. Baste frequently.

Add potatoes and vegetables during last hour. For best results, cook brisket the day before serving. Slice and heat for another meal.
