BROILED CHICKEN MARMALADE | |
1 broiler chicken, quartered 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. strained orange marmalade Arrange chicken parts in a flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Brush with strained marmalade. Marinate for an hour in the refrigerator before broiling. Broil 15 minutes, then turn and broil 15 minutes longer, or until fork tender. Makes 4 servings. |
